Micronet International College marks a day at Utama Bowling Centre in Seri Complex last Saturday, 18 March 2006 as their students and staff successfully participated for the 2006 Micronet Bowling Tournament. The event aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle in developing camaraderie and sportsmanship among students.

 

A total of thirty-eight NCC diploma students and 10 Micronet staff took part in this tournament. Every team aspires in winning the game in a way of bringing leisure and making every moment extraordinary. The event has brought joy to participants at the same time each team continuously bringing all their power in achieving for the best.

 

Players are divided equally into six teams. Everyone was excited and created closer bonds with their respective group in bringing a pleasant and friendly competition with their opponents. Thus, everybody is all set for the game; Ms. Sharon Chin steer the first ball to officially commence the 2006 Micronet Bowling Tournament.

 

Mr. Muhammad Hanafie Bin Lamiah won the Best Bowler title, and “GORILLA” team won the Group Champion title.

 

The tournament ended with a group photo as a token of its memorable moment altogether. The management was very pleased with the success of the event as the College always aims to provide quality education as well as social growth among students and the staff.
